By accessing and using Amanah Host's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Amanah Host provides web hosting, domain registration, VPS servers, dedicated servers, email hosting, SMTP services, and related web services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal content
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Hosting malicious software or phishing websites
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing child pornography or other offensive content
• Launching DDoS attacks or network disruptions
• Mining cryptocurrencies without permission

5. Resource Usage

Shared hosting plans have resource limits. Excessive usage that affects server performance may result in suspension. VPS plans have dedicated resources as specified in your plan.

6. Billing and Payments

All fees are billed in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your plan.

8. Data Backup

We perform daily backups of shared hosting accounts. However, you are strongly encouraged to maintain your own backups. We are not responsible for data loss.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your client area. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amanah Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Amanah Host harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
