1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our web hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
Eligible Services: Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS hosting, Dedicated servers, Email hosting, SMTP services
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals
- SSL certificates
- Setup fees (if applicable)
- Add-on services and custom development work
- Administrative fees
- Service add-ons and upgrades
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a refund request through your client area or contact support
- Provide your account details and reason for cancellation
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
4. Partial Refunds
For monthly billing cycles canceled after 7 days, no refund is provided for the remaining period. For annual plans canceled after 7 days, we may issue a prorated refund for unused months (minus any discounts applied).
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the same card (3-7 business days)
- bKash/Nagad/Rocket: Refund to the same mobile wallet (1-3 business days)
- Bank Transfer: Refund to the same bank account (5-10 business days)
- PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account (1-3 business days)
6. Violations and Refunds
No refund will be issued if your account is terminated due to:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Engaging in illegal activities
- Sending spam or unsolicited emails
- Abusing server resources
- Hosting malicious content
7. Domain Name Refunds
Domain name registrations are non-refundable as they are purchased on your behalf from domain registrars. Once registered, a domain cannot be "returned" or "refunded".
8. VPS and Dedicated Server Refunds
VPS and dedicated servers are covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee. However, refunds are limited to one per customer. Repeated refund requests may be denied.
9. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy
- Service usage that exceeds fair use limits
- Accounts with outstanding balances
- Services used for more than 7 days
10. Cancellation Process
To cancel your service and request a refund:
- Log into your client area
- Navigate to Services → My Services
- Select the service you wish to cancel
- Click "Request Cancellation"
- Select the cancellation type and provide a reason
- Submit your request
11. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first requesting a refund from us, your service will be immediately suspended. You will be responsible for any chargeback fees incurred.
